DavMar Associates offers all types of residential appraisal services,
and specializes in the appraisal of the
"strange, unusual and unique" properties of Pennsylvania.
DavMar Associates can assist you or your company in appraising all types of residential use properties, 1-4 unit investment properties, farms, vacant land, new construction, and agricultural-easement encumbrances. We provide appraisal services for private use and attorneys for divorce, estate planning (date of death/retrospective) and pre-listing market values.
DavMar Associates has provided appraisal services for local and national mortgage lending institutions since 2008, on most types of loan products (Conventional, Equity, FHA, USDA).
DavMar Associates, LLC, was organized in May 2008 as a residential appraisal services company.
